Since its inception in 1999, AVED Group has been in the business of developing high quality residential and mixed use projects. In its eleven-year history it has produced over 400 residential and commercial units throughout Chicago and the nearby suburbs. Development projects range in magnitude from single-family homes to 50+ unit residential developments spanning multiple city blocks.
Development Team
The AVED Group team is comprised of its owner, a number of project managers and the supporting office staff. The project managers are responsible for the end to end delivery of each development project, from permit acquisition all the way through punchlist completion. Amongst the team of project managers there is over 50 years of construction development experience. The owner, Viktor Jakovljevic, started his first development projects on his own in the mid-90s. After establishing a presence on the near West side he went on to start AVED Group with a number of other project managers and expanded his developments to several other city neighborhoods. Since that time AVED Group has grown to be one of the major players in construction development in the city of Chicago. With an average that's grown to over 50 deliveries a year and nearly $15M in annual sales revenue AVED Group continues to widen its horizons.
