This development consists of 24 residential units spread out over the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors, with 3 commercial spaces and 24 indoor parking spaces on the ground level.  This project was completed around 2006 and mostly sold out.  Four remaining units were transferred to Viktor Holdings and are maintained as rental investment properties.
